Siddikart – Return & Refund Policy (2-Day Return Window)
At Siddikart, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- Return Eligibility (2 Days Only)
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
The product has all original tags, labels, and packaging.
Returns requested after 2 days will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Used or washed products
Items without original packaging/tags
Size issues caused by incorrect customer selection
Clearance or discounted items (if marked “Final Sale”)
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@siddikart.in
within 2 days of delivery.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product issue.
Our team will review your request and update you within 24–48 hours.
After approval, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refund method:
Store credit / coupon (fastest option)
Refund to original payment method, if applicable
Please allow 5–7 working days after approval for the refund to appear.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for the same product (if stock is available).
If not, you may choose store credit or a refund (based on approval).
- Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
If cancellation is possible, we will confirm via email.
- Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the shipment returns due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
